My wife’s phone credit expired. One of the reasons is that after every call she receives SMS that with the balance from Rogers that costs her $.15. I was shocked when we walked to Rogers booth in the Lougheed Mall and learned that they have no fliers listing all Rogers plans, features etc. We were told to go online, everything is there.
Well, first of all we walked to the mall because Rogers website is constantly crashing. Once more we learned we have to use it.
Ok, I gave it another chance. Well, crash again. Then after another 20 minutes of trying finally I got to the point we were able to change our plan. But it was asking $29 for $20 plan! Ok, time to call Rogers. Melanie picked up the phone. If you don’t know, Melanie is Roger’s human replacement. Melanie keeps asking questions and expects simple answers or pressing the right button. Well, I just kept saying operator for 3 solid minutes and Melanie gave up and actually connected me to real person. This is the place where I have to stop complaining. Customer representative was really nice, helped me with the plan, which we had to change twice, because plan didn’t offer AutoSaver feature as it was listed on the website.
